Bio

Konstantina Ziangou is a psychologist (Dipl.Psych.), graduate of the University Trier in Germany. She holds a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from the same university. She holds a degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Management from the Hellenic Open University.

She has been trained in systemic psychotherapy by the Athenian Institute of Anthropos.
She has been working as a psychologist-psychotherapist in Igoumenitsa and Corfu since 1997 and helps people in individual and/or group sessions.

Sessions are conducted in person and online. Excellent knowledge of English and German enables sessions to be conducted in German and English.

She conducts personal development seminars and workshops on human relations, emotional intelligence, stress management, conflict resolution, burnout and psychological empowerment.
She is the scientific manager of the Prevention Center of Substance Abuse and the Promotion of Psychosocial Health in the prefecture of Thesprotia from 1999 until today. She is a certified drug-prevention scientist from the Organization Against Drugs ( O.KA.NA).

She helps people who are facing phobias, panic attacks, anxiety disorders, psychosomatic problems, depression, eating disorders, chronic diseases, losses and difficulties in interpersonal relationships both in family and social-work life.

Since 1997 she has been involved in the implementation of health education programs in schools with groups of students of all educational levels, teachers and parents.

She coordinates seminars and offers consulting services to companies and organizations on human resource management, cooperation, leadership, teamwork and conflict resolution.

She has worked with Hondos Center, Minoan Lines, IEK DELTA, Athens Beverly Hills Polyclinic and AXA Insurance.

She has taught the course “Mental Health” at the School of Nursing of Filiates Hospital from 2000-2003 and at Pissalides IEK the course “Eating Disorders” at the Department of Dietetics from 1997-1999.

She was the coordinator of the Project “Education of Gypsy children” at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Ioannina from 1997-1999.
